Training and Pay-Rates

New employees will kick-off their Telefund employment during Training Week – September 10th-14th. Applicants must be available for training on either Monday, September 10th or Tuesday September 11th from 6-8pm. All employees will complete two additional training sessions that week. The trainings will also be 2 hours each, and there will be several options in the afternoons and evenings. You will get paid $9.00 per hour, and additional incentives are often available for the recruitment of new staff members. Performance reviews, with the opportunity for pay raises, are offered to all fundraisers frequently!

Hours

After training, each fundraiser chooses 3 regular calling sessions for their work schedule. Sessions are 5:30-9:00 PM (Sunday through Friday) and 2:00-5:00 PM (Sunday afternoons) and 12:00-3:00 PM (many Saturday afternoons). Employees may work additional sessions with a director’s approval.
